Baby's breath is a common filler flower. Baby's breath filler reminds me the 1980's and I don't like it peaking out from between my flowers however on it's own, it's rather pretty. And as you know, very affordable.

 For bridesmaid bouquets.

 Or table decor.

Or decoration. The bigger the arrangement the better it looks.

Floral cluster centerpieces

I just came across this centerpiece cluster project. How sweet are these? They took glass votive candle holders and covered them then filled them with a few blooms. It creates a lush look for less. Get the details and Project Wedding. 

Oh, the color and pattern possibilities are endless.

Fake flowers never looked this good

Attention flower lovers! I've found a lovely fake flower. This large but delicate fabric bloom from Petals and Prints is really stunning! It's a little pricey but it would be a beautiful keepsake and just imagine this in a bright color.

Easy centerpieces. Hydrangeas are a great wedding flower because of their big blooms. A single stem is all you need for a small vase. This is your go-to flower if you're on a budget and going the DIY route. Use ribbon, wall paper, wrapping paper, or twine to decorate the vases.

Check out this simple fabric boutonniere. I'm a fan of real flowers but these are certainly sweet, low-maintenance and one more thing you can do in advance. Perfect for a vintage theme.

Ah, wheat. A nice fall wedding option.

You could also use ribbon, pine cones, paper, or a variety of vegetables to create a masculine non-floral boutonniere.

One large single bud always looks classic. This orange Dahlia is smashing and I love the way this flower type and color works for a guy, proving that flowers can be masculine.

I love the little buds grouped together! 

Rustic roses

This would be a pretty centerpiece. It's a good way to use minimal blooms without sacrificing a lush look. Choose the container based on the venue/reception site. I like this rustic, garden bowel but a clear glass or ceramic would work as well.

Flowers.

Florists can be very expensive. If you're a creative person (or you have one in your life) then consider doing your own flowers. You can get them in bulk and have them delivered a few days before the wedding. Then you (or creative friend) can put the centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres together. Make sure you have lots of fridge space to keep them fresh.

My friend did this recently for her wedding and she got hundreds of flowers for less than what you'd pay a florist for just the bridal bouquet and the bridesmaid bouquets. She got a TON of flowers for very little money. If you want a lot of flowers and you're on a budget, this is the way to go.
