I've always loved the idea of long banquet tables. Round tables are more typical and frankly, easier to come by for a wedding. They're popular with good reason. But I still prefer long tables linked together. It's so glamorous and romantic.

And when they're linked together in a "U" shape it seems like all your guests are seated together as one family. I'm not sure if I can scrounge up enough long tables but I'm going to give it my best.
