Signature drink

The signature drink bar. To keep the alcohol costs low we're going to pass on a full bar and offer beer, wine and two signature drinks instead. This is a huge cost saver because you're cutting the variety of alcohol you need to buy and you can get a better bulk rate (because you're buying more) of the alcohol you do need to buy. In addition, a simpler bar means you need few bartenders.

We're going to make a little sign to display the drink options: "The groom is drinking bourbon and coke", "The bride is drinking sangria". Maybe this blackberry peach sangria. Yum.

  2. Pamela,Blackberry Peach Sangria

    ingredients
1/2 lb of Frozen or Fresh Peach Slices
1/2 lb of Frozen or Fresh Blackberries
1 Magnum (2 bottles) of red or white wine (either works well just don’t mix them)
    2 cans of peach soda
Wild Honey to taste (about 4 tbsp)
    directions
Mix all ingredients in a large pitcher, stir and chill for at least 20 minutes (the longer the better). Then serve. This stuff is actually better on the second day after all the flavors meld together. Tip: honey doesn’t mix too well with cold ingredients. I pour about 1/2c. of wine into a mug and nuke it for 30 seconds. I then mix a couple of table spoons of honey into the warm wine and then pour the contents of the mug back into the pitcher.
