Lately, I've put some thought into who I should ask to be a bridesmaid. I've decided to formally ask the women who I'd like to be in our bridal party, rather than asking by phone. A dear friend of mine once took pictures of herself holding a sign asking each girl to be her bridesmaid. I think I might opt for a letterpress card with a handwritten note.
